Do you operate 24/7? - Yes, we operate 24/7 365 days a year, including bank holidays.

Do I have to take a standard service, or can you offer something bespoke? - Our whole business is built on flexibility. No two packages, and no two deadlines, will ever be the same - so if our standard services don't fit your needs, let us know and we'll tailor an individual option.

Is there a size or weight limit to my consignment? - When you make a booking it is important to tell us exactly what size and weight you wish for us to carry so we can send the correct sized vehicle for the job. There is a limit in size and weight for each vehicle, we will advise you at the time of booking.
I'm not sure of the exact size or weight of my package. - You need to know this information to use our services. If these details are wrong, extra charges may apply (subject to our conditions of business)
What packaging is required? - Your items should be fully packaged to avoid being damaged in transit. For further information please refer to our guide to safely packaging your consignments. The Customer remains responsible for ensuring packaging and labelling is adequate for delivery. The driver will use his own discretion as to whether the consignment is adequately packaged and is at liberty to refuse collection should he feel it is not packaged sufficiently and could be damaged in transit.
How do I prepare my Pallet? - Please ensure you have selected the correct size pallet to accommodate your goods and that the goods do not overhang. All goods must be shrink wrapped securely onto the Pallet. Please note a surcharge may apply should the driver be kept waiting longer than 15 minutes.
What address details do i need to write on my package? - You must label all packages and pallets clearly with the full destination address, attached with any paperwork for the recipient.
Do I have to bring my parcel to you? - No, we will collect it from you at a time thats suits you.
How quickly can you pick up my package? - Pre-booking will ensure you have the least delays for the pick up of your goods. However, we will be able to confirm a pick up time when you call to order. Generally it will be within 30 minutes of your call. If there are any delays en route you will be notified.
Can you collect late night? - Yes, we operate 24/7 so we can collect at any time you require.
What is the cut-off time for same day collections? - There is no cut-off point for collection sameday. Our team is on hand 24/7 for those last minute deliveries. We also deliver on Sundays.
How do I pay? - Having a credit account with us is the easiest way to ensure a faster service. If you do not have a credit account we will ask you for payment before we undertake the delivery.
Which methods of payment do you accept? - All payments are processed by Paypal and Barclaycard. You can pay using most major credit or debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro and American Express.
Do you offer a money back guarantee? - If your parcel is delayed and cannot reach its destination for the deadline, we will endeavour to re deliver as soon as possible. Therefore we will still provide the service and no refund will be given.
Are there any extra charges for re-routing a package? Yes, restrictions and additional fees may apply.
Do you offer credit accounts? Yes we do. If you are a business, sole trader or limited company we may be able to offer you an account subject to status and satisfactory credit score.
When will I be invoiced? - Our billing system raises invoices every seven days. Each new invoice will be emailed with all proof of deliveries.
Do I need an account before I use your services? - No, you can book and confirm your delivery by credit/debit card. For non account holders we can accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Visa Electron. Payment can be made at the time of booking via a secure online transaction.
How long does it take to open an account? - It takes a few minutes to complete our account application. If all credit checks are passed it normally takes 24 hours to activate your account.
Who will look after my account? - A member of our team will look after your account. For more complex and high delivery volume accounts, we can also pay you a personal visit to discuss any further requirements.
Do I need separate accounts for different services? - No, you can have one account and book all services under it. However, if you prefer multiple accounts, we can do that too.
Will my package be insured? - Yes, we provide goods in transit insurance for your goods at no additional cost to yourself for £25,000 per consignment.
Do I sign for my goods if they are damaged? - If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged. If you sign for the goods in 'Good Condition' you will not be able to process a claim.
Are there any exclusions to the Transit Cover? - There are some exclusions that prevent you from making a claim. For example, you will be unable to claim for any items on our Prohibited or Restricted Items list, or if your consignment was not packaged sufficiently.
